How to Return

Email us at support@calmhound.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, email us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, lick mats and slow feeder bowls that have been used cannot be returned. If there is a defect or damage, we will still replace them.
